Smatter.tv is delivered over the internet to a computer which acts like a receiver. You don't need any extra software, just a windows pc with Internet Explorer 6.0*. That's it. You can use existing computers, but Smatter recommends having a computer dedicated to each screen.

More advanced digital sign networks can have one computer powering several screens. If you'd like professional advice or a list of suggested options, contact us.
Tech Note: You'll want your computer to be located within 50 feet of your screen because that is the maximum distance the signal can travel before quality suffers.

Connect your computer and screen to a high speed internet connection and you will be ready to go. Internet connections like DSL, cable, or faster are ideal. If you'll be showing video, or rich media, the faster the connection the better.
